Interest Rates are relatively LOW

With 15 Year Fixed rate at 5.375 and 30 Year Fixed at 5.70%, now is a good time to get a mortgage or refinance your existing ARM, Fixed or exotic mortgages.  Though most people will have a harder time getting approved as banks are more strigent and more through in terms of checking information.  Good Luck with the process!
