This offer is not as good as 0% APR balance transfer but at least all of you purchases can be deferred for 12 months without paying any interest.  If you about need to pay college tuition, home renovation or paying the 2008 taxes, now might be a good time to apply for this card.  Given the credit situation facing the US economy, any 0% APR offer either 0% purchases or 0% balance transfer is a good deal.  Please use caution when opening these card.  Don’t use the card to spend on any uncessary things.
