Wachovia Bank is offering a 12-month 0% APR Credit Card with a maximum $99 Balance Transfer Fee. Alternatively, you can choose 12-month 0% APR on  Purchases.  There is no annual fee for the Wachovia Credit Card and comes with Overfraft Protection in case you go over the limit.
