If you’re a Everbank customer you probably received their email today regarding fee changes affecting their FreeNet checking account.  Before the minimum balance needed for no monthly maintenance charge was $1,500.  Now they bump the minimum required amount to $5,000.  The new monthly fee will be between $4.95 to $8.95.  If your deposit is under $5,000 in Everbank maybe now is a good time to switch your online banking company.
