Barclays Credit Card’s Good Sam Club Visa Signature is offering 0% APR for FULL 12 months with a maximum balance transfer cap fee of $75.  Nowadays, it is very hard to find a Balance Transfer without the 3% to 5% balance transfer fee.  For a $10,000 balance transfer that equals $300 to $500; for a $20,000 balance transfer that equals a staggering $600 to $1,000 in balance transfer fee alone.  If you’re approved for $20,000 credit limit, that is almost a $1,000 in savings.
