Dime Savings Bank is offering 3.25% APY if you open a 18 month IRA CD account.  Not sure why Dime Savings Bank calls it IRA CD account, as money deposited into IRA are generally not available until you turn 59.5 years of age.  A minumum deposit of $500 is required to open the account.  Deadline for 2008 IRA contribution is April 15, 2009.
